LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Conventionally managers are found by promoting highly competent employees. Unfortunately there is often little or no investment in the leadership and management training necessary to ensure they have the appropriate soft skills for success. New manager training on these programmes is based on experiential learning. Attendees will gain enduring skills and behaviours by ‘doing’ what is required and benefiting from the power and grace of equine facilitated learning.
Who will benefit?
Individuals and organisations will gain great benefit from these leadership and management training techniques. The investment in new manager training and new appointment training secures long term sustainable growth, reduced turbulence and improved performance. A small investment in these leadership and management training methods considerably outweighs the cost of expensive alternatives such as the need to find a replacement manager six months after the appointment.
